Using the following formula to calculate pricing
Length x Width = total square inches.
Total Square Inches x $Rate of material = price.
Example sale:
Static Window Clings 8.5″x5.5″
They need 12 for an apartment complex. All with different info on them.
8.5 x 5.5 = 46.75 total inches.
$0.35 set rate. 0.35 x 46.75 =$16.36/each
$16.36 × 12 = $196.32 + tax.

NOTE: Keep the sticker bulk pricing we offer as is. It will encourage bulk purchases that can lead to other opportunities. We still take good margins on those rates, and they are for more standard, straightforward runs.

1-23 units @ $0.30 to $0.50 PER SQ INCH
(use judgement on client and opportunity for smaller jobs)
24-71 units @ $0.25 PER SQ INCH
72 – 144 @ $0.20 PER SQ INCH
145-299 @ $0.15 PER SQ INCH
300-500 @ $0.10 PER SQ INCH
501-1499 @ $0.08 per SQ INCH
1500 – 3000 @ $0.07 PER SQ INCH
3001-4999 @ $0.05 PER SQ INCH
5000+ CUSTOM QUOTE
MESH BANNERS:
Rates can vary between @ $0.03 to $0.10/per square inch.
Use your judgement on the order. For a larger volume client, lower rates, for 1 offs, 1 time deals, higher rates.
For banner finishing with hemmed edges, grommets where necessary, add $40 for finishing.
You will often get banners requested in feet. Convert as follows:
x Feet High = xInches
y Feet Wide = yInches
X x Y = Total Square Inches
Example Sale:
4 foot x 6 foot banner
4 feet = 48 Inches
6 feet = 72 Inches
48 x 72 = 3,456sq inches
Chosen Rate of $0.05/per sq inch – 0.05 x 3456 = $172.80+tax
T-shirt Transfer Materials:
Economy material name = EXPRESS PRINT
Premium material name = Soft Opaque

x24-49 units @ $0.10/sq inch
